This soothing and slow-paced practice focuses on moving into basic yoga poses while using the breath as a tool to remain present and mindful. Expect lots of stretching and lengthening with relaxation to wrap up your practice and leave you feeling great. This class is great for both beginners and experienced yoginis/yogis. You will leave this class feeling relaxed and renewed.

HEATED 98-101

A heated, Vinyasa-style yoga class, this one combines the best of all worlds, giving you some time to move and some time to relax. We will pair breath with movement by slowly building heat and incorporating sun salutations and flowing movements while strengthening the limbs and core. We will end the class with deep stretching and a guided visualization/meditation practice. You’ll leave the class feeling like you did the work, AND you will feel deeply relaxed.

HEATED 95-101

Reduce stress and decompress with this 60-minute yoga class meant to bring awareness and focus on the breath while moving through a series of postures. The sequence of postures may be different from class to class, but always follow an intelligent progression that moves from basic to complex. This style of yoga builds heat, flexibility, and strength, while maintaining focus on good alignment and sound structure. Postures may be held for longer periods of time, and will flow together to unite the body to the breath and mind.

noomaHOTBARRESCULPT is a low-impact, full-body ballet-based strength workout that incorporates isometric movements. Expect a nice stretch after each strength exercise that will help create long, lean muscles without bulk. Yes, your muscles will shake, but you will feel stronger. You will leave this class feeling proud.

High energy strength training class! You will target 5 major muscle groups (whole body) to improve strength and endurance through low weight high rep (volume).

Our focus is not on flowing in this high-energy class, it’s on gaining muscle. Welcome the newest class to the nooma family.

noomaSWEAT

HEATED 98-100

“Even when you have nothing left, press on.” This is our motto in your newest class, noomaSWEAT. In this candlelit 45 minute class, you will push yourself using your own body weight. We will stay in movement to really connect your Mind and Body then we’ll release in flowing movements to lower our heart rate. But, not for too long, we’ll get your heart rate back up, because you deserve it.

This class will be practiced in our infrared studio in 98-100 degrees.

INTENSE

noomaLEANSCULPT

HEATED 99-102

When hand weights meet yoga, noomaLEANSCULPT is born. Boost metabolism and build lean muscle mass as you move to upbeat tracks. You’ll combine free weights with cardio to intensify each yoga pose while mixing in strength-training moves like squats, lunges and bicep curls. You will then stretch those muscles out to help build long lean muscles. This class is experienced with upbeat, engulfing music. Ear plugs are available at the front desk. Beginners are welcome to attend, and everyone is welcome to take breaks when needed.

noomaAWAKEN

HEATED 99-102

AWAKEN is a 60 minute class that is part vinyasa, some yin and part HIIT. You will sweat, challenge your body and engage your mind through your movements. Push yourself and then come to a place of stillness so that you can begin to notice the thoughts within. This class is experienced with upbeat, engulfing music.

noomaHOTPOWER

HEATED 99-102

Yes, HOTPOWER does describe your activity level during this intense class, but it is so much more. Asanas or yoga poses are carefully sequenced to help connect your mind and body as you move to the beat of the music. Each class is written and practiced for 6 weeks to help discover the power within. Signatures of HOTPOWER are your release and reconnection. If you don’t know what that involves, ask a noomaLIFER. They would love to invite you in.

This class is experienced by candlelight with engulfing music. Ear plugs are available at the front desk. Beginners are welcome to attend, and everyone is welcome to take breaks when needed.

The definition: In weight training, volume is the term used to describe how much work you do, such as the number of repetitions (reps) you perform in an exercise. In this heated class, we will focus on shoulders, chest, biceps, triceps, legs and back. All equipment will be provided. Bring yourself and water.

Welcome to noomaHIIT! We add our own spin to this highly popular form of interval training. HIIT is a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods, until too exhausted to continue. Wake up your metabolism and get ready for the day with this quick class!

This upbeat, high-vibe class will be sure to put a smile on your face. Expect to dance a little and sweat a lot. You will use light hand and ankle weights as you move through class. Each intentional move will work the accessory muscles, train your heart rate and engage your powerhouse to connect your mind and body. If you are looking for a fun class with your friends that offers low impact with an amazing workout, then HOTMIX is for you. Weights are an option and never a requirement!

Check your noomaLOCATIONS for a non-heated MIX class! This class is experienced with upbeat, engulfing music. (We recommend singing along!) Ear plugs are available at the front desk. If you are new to MIX, we recommend trying your first few classes without arm or ankle weights.
